person in your field that you admire

Since i start my career as a future public administrator, I began to discover many authors that I did not know, who raised the spirit of public administration since the beginning of the last century. Particularly, I admire the way Max Weber think, a sociologist born in 1864 at Germany.

I admire this person because in the first semester of this career, I read a book about bureaucracy (a system that until then, was not understood and was hated) after reading that book, I realize many things that I did not know about bureaucracy, starting with that here in Chile, it runs very bad. Also, this man meant a before and after in the way we see sociology and public administration.

This author was a pillar in the branch of sociology, since his way of interpreting the society was different from the other sociologists of that time, so today his vision is more important and significative than the others. Lastly, I know that from now on, all this career is based on the ideals of this person.
